Ephorys was created by Elizabeth Valdez in 2019. Ms. Valdez was a 4 times Motocross champion of the female division. As her being involved into sports and exercise since her childhood, wanted to bring her devotion to the public.
Her main motivation was her dedication to sport and exercise. “I understand that the human being has the capacity and energy to achieve any goal purposes. As per my experience, I believe that two of the biggest dexterity that an athlete has is (Energy and Confidence)” E.V.
