Dear customers Ephorysactive.com does not provide refunds or exchange, unless you never received the package. (Damaged items) we allow all customers to provide us with pictures of damaged items within the first 3 days of receiving their items. If the customer exceeds the time frame, unfortunately we can’t provide  a refund.

Please be advised, order cancellations should be held within an hour. After your items have shipped we can not cancel your order.
