Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for reasons such as incorrect size selection, change of mind, or personal preference.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your package.

To submit a claim, please email us at contact@ephorysactive.com and include:

• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Clear photos of the damaged item and packaging

Claims submitted after 3 days of delivery may not be eligible for review.

LOST OR MISSING PACKAGES

If your package has not been received, please contact us as soon as possible.

If your tracking information shows that the package was delivered, we recommend first contacting the shipping carrier for assistance. If additional help is needed, please reach out to us and we will do our best to assist you.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Orders may be canceled within 1 hour of purchase.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, it can no longer be canceled, modified, or refunded.
